本期的节目很热闹,Dorra & Ray & Beatrice  三位主播都来啦,因为要跟大家聊一聊自己的二外学习经历,串讲的话题是本季度雅思口语part 2 高频话题: 想要学习的外语(非英语)

Describe a foreign language (other than English) you would like to learn. You should say:

• What it is

• Where you learn it

• How you learn it

And explain why you would learn it

我们先来看看他们都说了哪些二外以及回答思路吧

思路一

Ray  - 德语 German

Ray

Japanese

Beatrice 学习日语是因为

1. 这是她作为英语专业的必修课

2. 日语平假名片假名与中文相似,好入门,适合自学

3. 看动漫,看日剧,追星不看字幕更方便

重点表达点拨:

必修课:compulsory course

自学:self-learning

平假名hiragana

日本动漫 Japanese animation

字幕subtitles

思路三

Dorra – 法语 French

Dorra 学法语是因为:

1. 法语好听,韵律感强

2. 法国大餐好吃,法国是一个很美的国家,每个女孩都有巴黎梦

3. 法国人浪漫呀

重点表达点拨:

语言的韵律感 rhythm of its pronunciation

法国大餐  French cuisine

塞纳河the seine river

埃菲尔铁塔Eiffel Tower

二朵英语小tip:

1. 英语有很多词汇都是外来词,法语日语德语都有外借

日语 - sashimi 生鱼片/ramen拉面/wasabi 芥末/sushi 寿司

德语 - hamburger来源于德国的城市汉堡(Hamburg)

法语 - café 咖啡厅/小餐馆

2. 英语不好不要说my english is poor(有点自卑,过分谦虚了)

如果你想表达你的英语并不是太好,可以说

My English is not that good.

或者生疏了

My English is getting rusty.

Ray老师示范音频文本

Currently, there are over 7000 different languages in the world, that is the figure according to the statistics of linguistic. And among all language, other than Chinese mandarin, which is my mother tongue, and English, which is a must-learn for all Chinese students, I would like to learn German as my third language. As a matter of fact, I have been learning it for a couple of years since I have stepped foot into my university as an English major. From my point of view, I have to admit that, German is the way more difficult than English to basically grasp it. So as for how I learn it, I just attended the German class and followed the instructions of my German teacher. So we have to understand all the grammatical rules, grasp the basic rule of pronunciation and memorize different German words. And all the rest we do is to keep listening, reading and using it , so as to horn our German capability. And the reason I like this language very much is because German is a very standardized and precise language. The country of Germany is very reputable for its leading cutting-edge technology. There are so many terminology and jargons which were originated from Germany. So if someone can comprehend Germany well, he or she could get the first-hand information from German words and German books. Besides, unlike English, which has taken so many foreign words from different source of cultural backgrounds, German as a very strict and stable pronounce rules. That means once you master the basic rule of pronunciation, you can see all the words without having to understand them. That is the reason I found German the very appealing language to me.
